Fantasy Impact:
The biggest knock on Jacobs' fantasy value is that he doesn't do enough as a pass catcher. In 13 games as a rookie last year he saw just 27 targets, hauling in 20 receptions. The team has talked up the idea of using Jacobs in the passing game more this offseason, but they also re-signed Jalen Richard and drafted Lynn Bowden. Pass-game opportunity is what's going to make or break Jacobs' fantasy season.
