There was a report in June that Cook wanted a new contract and wouldn't participate in team events until a new deal was agreed to. He arrived to training camp on time, however, and said he would "1,000 percent" be out there on Monday. Fantasy players should view Cook as a no-brainer, top-five pick in drafts this month.
