Henry Ruggs III up in the air for Week 5

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero is reporting Raiders WR Henry Ruggs (knee) is up in the air for Week 5. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
While Ruggs is trending in the right direction to be active for the first time since Week 2, Pelissero is suggesting that "no final decision" has been made on the rookie wideout's playing status for his Sunday matchup facing a Kansas City secondary yielding the fewest FPPG to wide receivers (16.6). In fact, the Chiefs' defense has only allowed two wideouts to score against them this season while giving up only one 100-yard game. Getting Ruggs back will give the Raiders a viable deep threat who can pop at any time in the event that the Raiders are chasing points and need to get back into the game in one fall swoop. Ruggs is a high-ceiling/ low-floor Flex play in Week 5 if he is indeed a go.
