Fantasy Impact:
After not practicing all week, Chark has been ruled out for Week 12 against the Browns. Chris Conley (hip) has also been ruled out, but rookie WR Laviska Shenault Jr. will return. Keelan Cole Sr. will operate as the team’s WR1 on Sunday.
