Fantasy Impact:
Boykin was a third-round pick out of Notre Dame in 2019 with tremendous size (6'4, 220) and athleticism (4.42 forty). Draft pundits believed he was raw but projected his talent could be cultivated at the next level. Unfortunately, Baltimore hasn't been known for developing WR talent, and Boykin is another example of an exciting prospect not taking the next step. Still, at just 24 years old, the potential is there. The question is whether or not he can put it all together and if that will happen in Baltimore.
