Shepard is a true game-time call for Sunday's home tilt with Carolina. Suffering a setback earlier in the week, he is in jeopardy of missing his third game this season, which would be a significant loss for Shepard's fantasy managers. Shepard has been a saving grace for many, gobbling up 9+ targets in 3-of-4 games including a whopping 14 last week. If Shepard is active, he is a must-start in any format despite a tough but exploitable matchup.
