Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) practiced in full on Friday and will play against the Falcons this weekend. He does not carry an injury designation heading into the contest. (Michael Gehlken on Twitter)

Elliott has appeared in all eight games this season, totaling 775 scrimmage yards and six total touchdowns. He's a high-end RB1 who should be started in all formats.
