Fantasy Impact:
Smith was able to practice this week with a shoulder injury but most likely had a setback during pregame warmups and was deemed inactive for Week 10. Hunter Henry should see an uptick in targets while Smith is sidelined and is a borderline TE1 against the Browns. The 26-year-old is 15th among all tight ends in the latest FantasyPros expert consensus rankings.
