Zach Cunningham released by Texans

The Houston Texans have released linebacker Zach Cunningham. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cunningham had been starting with Christian Kirksey sidelined but was suspended by the team for Week 13 due to habitual tardiness to team activities. Cunningham, drafted as an LB1 this offseason in IDP leagues, lost his job to Kamu Grugier-Hill earlier this season and would have played sparingly even if he remained on the team. With the new regime attempting to establish a new culture, Cunningham has been made an example of. If claimed, he could make an immediate IDP impact and should be given a look by at least one team if he clears waivers. He is worth a speculative add for those who have roster space.
