Fantasy Impact:

Carter was designated to return on Wednesday and is expected to lead the Jets' backfield in Sunday's game against Miami. He has rushed for 102 yards on 25 attempts and a touchdown while catching five of seven targets for 45 yards in his previous two games. The Jets reportedly will also get running back Tevin Coleman (concussion) back for Week 15. Carter faces a surging Miami Dolphins defense but ranks 14th in rush DVOA this season. The fourth-round pick is a high-upside flex option and ranked 32nd among all fantasy backs in the latest FantasyPros expert consensus rankings.
