Adam Thielen caught all three of his targets for 40 yards in Sunday afternoon's defeat to the Rams. He had re-aggravated his high-ankle sprain late in the second quarter, though was able to return to action in the third quarter.
Thielen made his return this week after being sidelined for the last two contests with a high-ankle sprain. Unfortunately, he re-aggravated the injury with just under three minutes left in the first half. While he surprisingly made it back to the field in the third quarter and recorded his third catch, he ultimately played just 23-of-63 offensive snaps. Fantasy owners will need to monitor Thielen's health status this week, as there's a good chance that the Vikings play it safe and keep him off the field, despite the pivotal game against the Packers. If he indeed plays through the ankle injury, fantasy owners should consider him a risky WR2.
