Per the Chicago Bears, QB Justin Fields has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. (Chicago Bears on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
While Fields was expected to start for the Bears in their regular season finale earlier in the week, this designation now means it will likely be either Andy Dalton or Nick Foles under center for Chicago in Week 18 vs the Vikings. Neither one of the replacement options for Chicago has as high rushing upside as Fields and would be difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. With both the Bears and Vikings eliminated from playoff contention there could also be other big name starters sitting which could further impact the final score of this game.
