Tyreek Hill carries no injury designation into Bills' matchup

Tyreek Hill isn't listed on the Chiefs' final injury report. He started the week on the practice report with a heel injury.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the early designation, Hill was able to practice fully all week. While he was mostly quiet to end the regular season, Hill put together a strong game against Pittsburgh in the Wild Card round, catching all five of his targets for 57 yards and a score. He enters the weekend as one of the premier wide receiver options in what is expected to be a high-scoring game against the Bills.
