Per Mike Garafolo, the Seahawks are re-signing cornerback Sidney Jones IV to a one-year, $3.6 million deal with incentives that can push it to $4.4 million. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Last season, Jones IV had career-highs in games played (16) and games started in (11). The 25-year-old is a solid piece for a Seahawks team that appears to be in full rebuild mode after trading away their Pro-Bowl quarterback Russell Wilson. The five-year NFL pro will likely play another prominent starting role for the Seahawks next season barring any significant moves on defense.
