Tyler Kroft agrees to deal with the 49ers

Tight end Tyler Kroft and the San Francisco 49ers came to an agreement on a one-year deal on Monday. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Kroft caught 16 passes for 173 yards and one touchdown across nine games for the Jets last season. He was previously with the Bills and Bengals. He'll provide depth for the 49ers tight end room.
