Fantasy Impact:
The Arapahoe County district attorney had moved to dismiss all charges this morning before the hearing. The NFL can choose to issue discipline against him independent of this ruling, but that most likely won't be known until much later. This is good news for the Broncos and for fantasy managers in dynasty leagues holding on to the young wideout.
