Robert Nkemdiche signs with San Francisco

After a successful tryout, the San Francisco 49ers are signing former first-round pick, Robert Nkemdiche, per Aaron Wilson of the Pro Football Network. (Aaron Wilson via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Nkemdiche is a 6-foot-3, 296-pound defensive tackle who was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Unfortunately, despite having excellent speed and athleticism for his size, he never reached his expected potential in Arizona before being cut in 2019 after just three seasons. He then went on to spend time with the Seahawks and Dolphins before now getting another shot in San Fran. Hopefully, after a successful tryout, he has found a long-term home with the 49ers where he will look to re-spark his career at 27 years old.
