Danny Gray racks up 99 yards and a score in preseason debut

49ers rookie WR Danny Gray hauled in 2-of-4 targets for 99 yards and a touchdown in San Francisco's preseason win over Green Bay.

Fantasy Impact:

Gray went for a game-high 99 yards in his preseason debut. The highlight of the game occurred with a few minutes left in the first frame, where he hauled in a 76-yard bomb from Trey Lance and impressively stayed inbounds during his run to the end zone. Gray will look to keep the momentum going for the next two preseason games to potentially earn some playing time this season. Fantasy managers should consider him a deep sleeper target in drafts, though it will be difficult to carve out a decent role in this offense behind at least Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, and George Kittle.
