The second-year wideout has faced competition from Jalen Guyton for the third wide receiver spot alongside mainstays Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, but barring any setbacks, he should lock up that position. Palmer is better suited for daily fantasy and best ball formats or as a late-round flier in redraft leagues.
