Damontae Kazee placed on IR

The Steelers placed backup safety Damontae Kazee on the IR after tests revealed he would need surgery on his injured arm. (Gerry Dulac on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The 29-year-old DB signed with the Steelers in May after playing for the Falcons and Cowboys. No timetable was provided for recovery from surgery, and Linden Stephens will presumably take over backup safety duties.
