Bateman was reportedly dealing with this injury a bit in Week 4, which could have accounted for some of his disappointing fantasy output. It looks like the wideout will likely spend time on the injury report throughout the week, but isn't in danger of missing an extended period of time. His Week 5 status, however, is far from confirmed.
