Greg Rousseau has been officially ruled out of the Bills' Week 11 matchup with an ankle injury.
Fantasy Impact:
Rousseau is dealing with a high-ankle sprain, which typically requires weeks of recovery. Buffalo is going to be very shorthanded on defense against Cleveland, as they are banged up across the board. Browns' RB Nick Chubb could have a day.
