Matthew Stafford unlikely to play Sunday

Rams' head coach Sean McVay stated it is "safe to say" that Matthew Stafford will not play Sunday. (Jourdan Rodrigue on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Stafford is not slated to practice Wednesday and he remains in the concussion protocol. McVay stated that Stafford has not had any setbacks in the concussion protocol. Fantasy managers should expect Bryce Perkins to likely start against the Seahawks Sunday.
