Otton had a rough game on Sunday, catching four passes for just 28 yards in a big loss to the 49ers. He wasn't able to put up respectable numbers, but that comes as no surprise with Tampa Bay scoring just seven points on the day. He's shown flashes this year, but the rookie is too volatile to be anything more than a streaming option moving forward.
