A toe injury left Bell limited in Tuesday's practice for Cleveland. It doesn't seem to be a serious issue, and he is trending towards playing in Week 16. Cleveland takes on the Saints this week, and the team will need all the help they can get if they want to make any sort of a final push for the playoffs.
