D'Onta Foreman (rest) misses practice on Wednesday

Fantasy Impact:
It was simply a rest day for Foreman, so he should be back on Thursday. He is coming off a 165 yard performance last week, but ran for just nine yards the week before. He is a bit of a risky mid-end RB2 this week.
