Jacobs was dealing with a hip and oblique injury that had him sidelined in practice Wednesday. The veteran running back also spent time in Tulsa this week dealing with a personal matter after his father had emergency heart surgery. Jacobs is a definite RB1 in the Raiders' matchup with the Chiefs Saturday.
