Mike Williams’ (back) X-rays turn up negative

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Los Angeles Chargers WR Mike Williams’ X-rays came back negative after suffering a lower back injury. He will undergo further testing. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams was carted off the field in Denver with an injury that could have serious playoff implications. In his absence, WR Keenan Allen had eight catches for 102 yards and two scores, but his presence will definitely be missed if Williams misses time. The Chargers will likely do whatever they can to get Williams ready for the wild card round.
