Shane Steichen hired as new Colts’ head coach

The Colts have hired Shane Steichen as their new head coach. The team is expected to introduce him at 12:15 pm today. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Steichen will take over an offense that struggled under Frank Reich and Jeff Saturday in 2022. Steichen earns his first head coaching job at 37 years of age and has proven successful at developing young quarterbacks. Steichen and the Colts figure to lock up their quarterback of the future with the fourth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
