Josh Jacobs receives franchise tag from Raiders

Fantasy Impact:
Jacobs was set to hit the open market this year if the Raiders didn't do anything, but they avoided that by using their franchise tag on him. That keeps him in Las Vegas for at least one more year, but he will hit free agency again next year if they can't reach an agreement on a long-term deal. His fantasy value for next year should remain relatively consistent to where it's been, as he's not going to get the change of scenery that some thought he would.
