The Chiefs and Orlando Brown Jr. have until Monday to work out a long-term deal after the Chiefs do not place a franchise tag on Brown. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter )

The Chiefs could be taking a big risk by not tagging Brown if they are unable to come to a long-term deal. Brown was franchised tagged heading into last season, but could become the top left tackle on the market if he fails to agree to a long term deal before Monday.
