While there cannot be an agreement in place since Cook is still currently on the Vikings’ roster, it sounds like there is interest on both sides. Cook would immediately become the starter with the Dolphins and would likely have an increased fantasy value with the high powered Dolphins’ offense. Cook currently ranks as the RB17 in ECR, according to FantasyPros.
