Josh Jacobs still isn't under contract with the Raiders

Raiders coach Josh McDaniels said Josh Jacobs is not under contract (hasn’t signed franchise tag), and therefore is not at mandatory minicamp. (Omar Ruiz on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
McDaniels still spoke highly of Jacobs & is respectful of this process. It still seems likely Jacobs and the Raiders will agree to terms at some point in the next month or two, but it remains a situation to monitor.
