Trinity Benson avoids serious injury

Trinity Benson avoided a serious leg injury after going down in practice Wednesday, per Lions’ head coach Dan Campbell. (Dave Birkett on Twitter)

Benson went down with a non-contact injury, which is always a cause for immediate concern. Campbell stated they will get a second opinion on Benson’s injury but that they “dodged a bullet.”
