Brooks was impactful on the stat sheets in 2022, recording 161 tackles, three for a loss, with five passes defended, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a sack. However, his overall impact has been lesser than the box score indicates, recording a 65.2 run-defense grade and a 40.7 coverage grade in 2022, according to PFF. He finished 2022 as the LB11 for IDP leagues, but with the return of LB Bobby Wagner and Brooks being only a week removed from the PUP list, his optimism is lower this season with an ECR of LB35, according to FantasyPros.
