Nathan Peterman released by Bears

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, veteran QB Nathan Peterman has been released by the Chicago Bears with the goal of signing him to the practice squad. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Peterman was a backup QB for the Bears last season, starting one game in Justin Fields' absence. The former fifth-rounder by the Bills is entering his seventh year in the NFL and will likely be the Bears' QB3 in 2023. He has five career starts and a career TD-INT ratio of four to 13.
