Hassan Haskins placed on Commissioner Exempt List

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, RB Hassan Haskins is being placed on the Commissioner Exempt List. He was arrested in the summer on charges of aggravated assault. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Haskins may not practice or attend games while a member of the list. Coincidentally, he was also placed on injured reserve on Monday, meaning he was out for the 2023 season regardless. He has a court date on Wednesday and will continue to go through the legal process before the NFL is likely to hand out any kind of ruling his way. Tyjae Spears should be the Titans' clear RB2 this season.
