RB - TEN - IR
Week 13 Outlook
According to Turron Davenport of ESPN NFL Nation, Tennessee Titans RB Hassan Haskins has been removed from the Commissioner's Exempt List and has reverted back to the Titans' injured reserve.
Haskins' charges from a summer domestic incident were dropped last week, prompting this move. Whether or not Haskins will face any league suspension/discipline is currently unknown, but he was placed on IR pre-season, marking him out for the year.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, RB Hassan Haskins is being placed on the Commissioner Exempt List. He was arrested in the summer on charges of aggravated assault.
Haskins may not practice or attend games while a member of the list. Coincidentally, he was also placed on injured reserve on Monday, meaning he was out for the 2023 season regardless. He has a court date on Wednesday and will continue to go through the legal process before the NFL is likely to hand out any kind of ruling his way. Tyjae Spears should be the Titans' clear RB2 this season.
Hassan Haskins has been placed on Tennessee's injured reserve, knocking him out for the 2023 season.
Haskins is dealing with an undisclosed injury of some kind that will force him to miss the entire 2023 season. He didn't project to play much more than a depth role on this offense with the team investing a third-round pick into rookie Tyjae Spears, so his absence won't open up any substantial opportunities to anyone lower on the depth chart.
Hassan Haskins tallied 12 rushing yards on six carries in a loss to Chicago Saturday. Hasskins scored a touchdown in the second quarter on a one-yard run.
Haskins is likely to fit behind rookie Tyjae Spears on the depth chart for the 2023 season. The former fourth-round pick will see touches in an offense that focuses on the run, but likely will not return much fantasy value in 2023.
Hassan Haskins was arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated assault.
The arrest is reportedly from a June 22 incident. The former fourth-round draft pick was released on bail and has a scheduled court appearance on July 10. Haskins could face disciplinary action from the NFL pending the outcome of his case.
