Treadwell was released by the Ravens on Tuesday, but he plans to sign with the team's practice squad on Wednesday. He won't be on the active roster, but the team can choose to elevate him on a given week if they feel the need to. He doesn't hold any fantasy value unless Baltimore suffers multiple injuries to their top wide receivers.
