Devon Allen signs with Eagles practice squad

Fantasy Impact:
Allen has shown flashes of his Olympic speed at times but has not yet been able to crack the Eagles 53-man roster. The 28-year-old WR out of Oregon will return to the Eagles practice squad in hopes of finding his way on the active roster.
