Tre'Quan Smith (groin) did not practice Wednesday

Saints wideout Tre'Quan Smith, who is working his way back from a groin injury, did not participate in practice Wednesday ahead of the team's week 1 matchup with the Titans. (Nick Underhill on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Smith was considered unlikely to be ready for Week 1 after having a procedure done on his injured groin last week, but his avoiding the IR indicates he could return sooner than later. A Week 1 return seems unlikely, however, and Derek Carr's debut will most likely be highlighted by Chris Olave and Michael Thomas.
