Eagles RB Rashaad Penny is officially active for a Week 2 matchup with Minnesota.
Fantasy Impact:
Penny was a healthy scratch in Week 1 but will join the rotation at running back with Kenneth Gainwell inactive due to a rib injury. Fantasy managers should expect Penny to most likely see time behind D’Andre Swift and Boston Scott against the Vikings. There are likely more consistent options for fantasy managers right now.
