Fantasy Impact:
Cooks was out in Week 2 while nursing an MCL injury, but now he's back at practice. He's only participating in a limited fashion for now, but this is still a step in the right direction for the veteran. He should be a solid streaming candidate in an easy matchup against the Cardinals if he plays.
