Fantasy Impact:
The team initially removed Patterson from the injury report earlier in the week after he missed the first two games because of a thigh injury, but he reportedly suffered a setback and will now miss Week 3 as well. It remains to be seen if he will practice or play next week, but for now not much should change for fantasy purposes, as he hasn't been on the field all year.
