According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, QB Derek Carr is believed to have suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder after going to the hospital and undergoing a series of tests. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

This is a best-case scenario for the New Orleans Saints, with the initial fear being that Carr suffered a major injury. The shoulder sprain could hold him out for a few weeks with the backup options for the Saints being Jameis Winston (16 attempts in relief on Sunday) and the positionless Taysom Hill. Carr's situation should be monitored for all Saints fantasy assets.
