Royce Freeman activated from Rams' practice squad Week 3

The Los Angeles Rams are activating RB Royce Freeman from the practice squad for Monday night's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. (Los Angeles Rams on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is the second week in a row that Freeman was activated from the practice squad. Presumably, this means that rookie RB Zach Evans will be inactive for his third game to start his career. Freeman will likely operate as the RB3 behind Kyren Williams and Ronnie Rivers.
