Fantasy Impact:
Carr suffered the injury in a Week 3 loss to the Packers and was taken to a local hospital for additional testing. Now, it looks like the veteran quarterback's status for Week 4 versus Tampa Bay is up in the air. Jameis Winston could draw the start, in which case he would rank as a low-end QB2 for fantasy football purposes.
