Fantasy Impact:
Allen, 28, is yet to play a regular-season snap for the Eagles despite being active in the preseason as a specialist. He will likely play mostly on special teams, but with his Olympic speed, he's a threat to break a big return, though the Buccaneers will surely be cognizant of that.
