Rams RB Zach Evans is officially inactive for a Week 3 matchup with the Bengals.
Fantasy Impact:
Evans will remain a healthy scratch as the Rams will dress Kyren Williams, Ronnie Rivers, and Royce Freeman Monday. Fantasy managers should expect Williams to see the bulk of the carries against Cincinnati.
