Fantasy Impact:
Harry hasn't gotten much action this year while on the practice squad, but he's being elevated for Sunday's game and will have a chance to see the field. He probably won't be highly involved or a good fantasy option against the Panthers, but he will serve a depth role and could get on the field if there's an injury.
